He is survived by: his children, Dana E. Hills of Olean and Stephanie D. Hills (Darren Ngai) of Apex, N. C.; his siblings, Alan Hills (Karla) of Wellsville, Janet O'Loughlin of Moreno Valley and Calif (Carole Rich); and his grandchildren, Elijah Hills, Brian Hills, Harlow Hills and Quinn Ngai. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
