He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Casey and Edith Elizabeth Casey (DeVore); his wife Jacqueline Casey (Rathbun); and his brother James Casey of Corning. He is survived by: his daughter Kari Fisher (Kyle) of Avoca; his stepdaughter Autumn Dean (Shawn) of Tioga; his grandchildren, Baleigh, Gavin, Olivia, Steven and Carissa; and his sisters, Sandy and Carol.
