She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert W. Costello and Esther M. Costello (Tait); her husband Gary Jordan; and her son Chad Jordan. She is survived by: her children, Matthew Jordan (Rita) of Wellsville and Carrie Fanton (Ken) of Keystone Heights, FL; her grandchildren, Kaleb Jordan of Wellsville, Jacob Fanton (Hanna) of Keystone Heights, FL, Kollin Fanton (Sara) of Keystone Heights, FL and Haylee Coleman (Trevor) of Alfred; and her great grandchildren, Ivan Jordan of Wellsville, Maisie Coleman of Alfred, Harper of Keystone Heights, Jonah of Keystone Heights, Jordan of Keystone Heights and Lizzie Fanton of Keystone Heights. She is also survived by two brothers, three sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
