He was predeceased by: his father Austin C. O'Grady; and his siblings-in-law, Dr. Conrad Kubiniec, Dr. Byron Collins, Leon Collins (Patsy) and Marlene Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Roseanna Collins; his sons, Sean (Cyndi) of Edgewater, Brendan (Julie) of Overland Park and Timothy (Barbie) of Wellsville; and his sister Ann Kubiniec (O'Grady) of Cazenovia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
