She was predeceased by: her father Herman "Sonny" D. Lehman; and her brother Kelly C. Lehman. She is survived by: her mother Sylvia J. Clark Lehman of Wellsville; her boyfriend Gary M. Cline of Wellsville; her daughter Katie Elliott (David J. Beimel) of Oswayo, PA; her granddaughters, Harley and Alieyah; her siblings, Brian D. Lehman (Sheri) of Bradenton, FL and Shelley L. Harris (Brent) of Friendship; and her nieces and nephews, Janelle, Jimmy, Dallas, Devon, Madigan and McKinlee.
