She was predeceased by: her husband Albert K. Hoover; her parents, Coe Young and Dorothy Young (Layton); and her son Gail Lynn Hoover. She is survived by: her children, Albert K. Hoover, Jr. (Elaine) of Fairfax Station, VA, Regina (Garry), Jake and Inman of Ridgebury Twp; and her sister Margaret Snyder of Honesdale, PA. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
Vera's family would like to thank The Bradford County Manor and the Bradford County Area on Aging for the loving care she received and would like memorial contributions to be made in her memory to the American Foundation for the Blind, 1401 South Clark Street, Suite 730, Arlington, VA 22202.
