We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Valerie Ellis of Wellsburg, New York, born in Rochester, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Smith and Evelyn Smith (Laar). She is survived by: her husband James Ellis; her children, Troy Parry of Elmira, NY, Curtis Fidurko (Carrie) and Jennifer Jones (John) of Elmira, NY; her grandchildren, Nick, Ryan and Gavin; and her sisters, Sheryl Weissert and Kimberly Howson (Clyde). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial donations may be made in Valerie's name to: Chemung County Humane Society and SPCA, 2435 State Route 352, Elmira, NY 14903.
