She is survived by: her son Mark Smith of Wellsburg; her grandsons, Christopher Smith (Patty) of Nevada and Timothy Smith of Nevada; her great grandchildren, McKenzie, Amber, Mattie, Maya and Stella; her nephew Jack Lewis (Laurie); and her nieces, Nancy Arnold (Terry) and Cindy Stermer (Earl).
