She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lewis and Mitsuko "Mary" Lewis (Tajiri); her significant other Ronald Wright; her brothers, Henry and Anthony "Butch" Lewis; her niece Amanda Kemmer; and her nephew Jesse Kemmer Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Tandy Shock, Sierra Paul, Noah Logan and Maddy Magno; her siblings, Julie (Raymond Kemmer Sr.), Timothy Lewis, Patricia (James Kiser Sr.), Kitty (Steve Wright) and Brenda (Donald Paul Jr.); her sister-in-law Laurie Lewis; and her friends, Mike Pirozzollo and Nanette Moss. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
