He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanette Watkins (Lilly) and John Watkins; and his son Christopher Watkins. He is survived by: his children, Robert (Christine), Jay (Erin) and Megan Culp (Eric); his stepson Dustin Lanterman (Jessica); and his siblings, Cheryl Watkins, Scott Watkins (Cece) and Mark Watkins (Christine). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to CareFirst, NY of Chemung County, 3805 Meads Creek Road, Painted Post, NY 14870 in Jim's name.
