He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Mitchel Rought (Jan) of Chemung, NY, Michael Rought (Krista) of Lockwood, NY, Melanie Roberts (Scott) of Sayre, PA, Colleen Bowers (Richard) of Black River, NY and Kelly Sanford (Ken) of Schenectady, NY; his son-in-law Chris Ackley of Sayre, PA; and his brother Gary Blitz (Margaret) of Elmira, NY. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
