She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph C. Combs and Emma Combs Sr. (Sims); her son Robert C. Bowman, Jr.; and her siblings, Beatrice Dean, Patricia Cram and Joseph C. Combs, Jr..
She is survived by: her significant other Robert C. Bowman; her children, Dianne Bennett Robert (Dean) and William Bowman (Winnie); and her brother Ronald P. Combs (Betty) of Syracuse.
