He was predeceased by: his father George Lancaster Jr.; and his children, Allison and George. He is survived by: his mother Rose Lancaster (Costello); his wife Christine; his sons, Michael John Lancaster and Daniel Andrew Lancaster; his siblings, Thomas Lancaster (Paula) and Theresa O'Connor (Gerald); his grandchildren, Michael Lancaster Jr., Taylor Lancaster, Mia Lancaster and Elijah Lancaster; and his nephews, Keith O'Connor and Paul Lancaster.
