She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edson Smith and Velma Irene Smith; her siblings, Wanda Smith Allford (William) and Wilfred Smith (Vicky); and her husband Daryl.
She is survived by: her cousins, Beverly Smith and Rumble Seat; her caregivers, Lori Anderson and James Smith; her niece Lori Allford Anderson; her nephews, W. John Allford, James Smith and Scott Smith; her close friends, Janet Sellers and Elizabeth Bubacz; her friends, Virginia Button and Erma Wales; and also Lena.
