It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Whyland (Weedsport, New York), born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on November 26, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Charlotte; and his sister Elaine. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Kevin Proper (TyeAnne), Robin Whyland, Timothy Whyland and Toby Whyland; his brothers, Victor Phillips (Candy) and Ronald Phillips; and his grandchildren, Erika Proper, Dakoda Proper and William "Alex" Whyland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
