He was predeceased by: his parents, DeWayne Black and Florence Laraway Black; his significant other Virginia "Ginny" Black; and his son Steven Black. He is survived by: his children, Scott Black (Sue), Kelly Thompson (John) and Stacey Black (Joylene); his grandchildren, Heather Patchell, Sarah Black, Samantha Black, Haley Black, Ryan Black and Allyson Black; his sisters, Agnes Turner (Edward) and Barbara Black; his sisters-in-law, Ruth Black and Kay Ann Taylor; and his close friend Mavis Walczyk.
