To know her is to love her!" Anyone who was fortunate to know Marina Drancsak always left with smile on their face and love in their heart. Marina, 61 years old was born in 1956 and was reunited with her parents in heaven on July 2, 2018. She was the loving daughter of the late John and Johanna Drancsak. She is survived by her beloved family; brother, Johnny (Margaret) and sisters, Sue (Dave Wiley), and Lisa (Tom DiStano). She also leaves behind her precious niece and nephew, John Robert (Jen) and Molly, as well as great niece, Julie. Additionally, she will be forever remembered by her extended family, friends, colleagues, and students. Marina graduated from Port Byron High School and SUNY Oswego. Marina was a teacher and librarian at Port Byron Schools for 34 years. She touched many lives and her memory will live on. Marina loved her family unconditionally, her friends affectionately, and her work passionately. Family and friends are invited to a celebration of Marina's life at St. Peter and Paul's Church, 136 Washington Street on Friday, July 6 at 10:00 AM. Burial will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Fleming. Calling hours will be held Thursday, July 5 from 4-7 PM at White Chapel Funeral Home, 2719 Erie Dr., Weedsport.
