He is survived by: his brothers, George Panek of Cicero, Robert Randolph (Pam) of Cato, Charles Randolph (Linda) of Elbridge and Scott Randolph (Suzanne) of Weedsport. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
