He was predeceased by: his parent Benjamin Ostrowski; his wife Gwendolyn; his son Edward Ostrowski; and his sisters, Mary Kenney, Josephine Salerno and Margaret Boone.
He is survived by: his parent Magdalen Harajnczk Ostrowski; and his children, Gail Smith (Frank), Sandra Ray (Kenneth) and Joseph Ostrowski Jr. (Michael Casamassima). He is also survived by five grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
