He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Pacholyk and William Pacholyk; his children, Nancy Pacholyk Johnston and Thomas Pacholyk; and his siblings, Elizabeth Singleton (Al), Pauline Tinti (Edward), Stefania Tankersley (Charles), Paul Petrychka (Judy), William Petrychka and John Pacholyk.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Pacholyk (Young); his children, Jane Pacholyk Murray of Carolina Beach, NC, Timothy Pacholyk (Auburn) of Weedsport, Peter of Weedsport, Michele Pacholyk (Simons) of Weedsport, Daniel of Weedsport and Dowadee Pacholyk (Wilkinson) of Weedsport; his sister-in-law Andrena Pacholyk; and his children-in-law, Jill Pacholyk and Chris Johnston. He is also survived by 12 grand children; 15 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and eight nieces and nephews.
