He was predeceased by: his parent Ernest E.; and his sons, Robert Ransier and Mark Hyde. He is survived by: his parent Nina Mae Hyde, Sr. (Smith); his wife Emily Brewer Hyde of Weedsport; his children, Ernest E. Hyde III (Rebecca) of Auburn, Annette Hyde (John Nevin) of Jordan, James Ransier (Teresa) of Port Byron, Tammy Phillips (Steven) of Auburn and Rebecca Abbott (Thomas) of Hannibal; his siblings, Stanley Hyde (Bonnie) of Wolcott, Judy Pickard (Bill) of Wolcott, Jeanie King of Martville and Carol Smith (Clyde) of Wolcott; and his daughters-in-law, Stacey Ransier of Auburn and Sandie Hyde of Oswego. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
