She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Norstrand and Marie Noone Van Norstrand. She is survived by: her sons, Brian Spoor (Linda) and Bradford Spoor (Christine); her grandsons, Brian Jr. and Aaron Spoor; her great grandchildren, Brooke and Karlee; and her sisters, Sylvia Sweetnam (Rick) and Eva Decker.
Donations in Memory of Elinor may be made to Weedsport Free Library or the Weedsport Fire Department.
