He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Walter and Annamae Martin Walter; and his son Ben Walter. He is survived by: his wife Julie Walter; his children, Susan Black (Scott) of Weedsport, NY, Virginia Walter of Melbourne, FL and Herbert Walter of Phoenix, AZ; his daughter-in-law Beth Walter; his brothers, George Walter (Patricia) and David Walter (Kelly); and his brother-in-law Laverne Dann. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
