He is survived by: his wife Julianne; his children, David, Thomas (Ashlee), Melissa Rindge (Lee) and Carla Jones; and his siblings, Patricia Anderson, Betty Smith (Russell) and Kay Doty (Paul). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
