He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Kristine Abbott (John) and Thomas Luke; his son-in-law Donald Ellsworth; his grandchildren, Timothy (Jessica), Steven Ellsworth (Leah), Michael and Katherine Abbott; his great grandchildren, Annalise, Adelia and Calista Ellsworth; his sister Linda Gerlach; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Hibbard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
