She was predeceased by: her husband William J. Wilkins; her daughter Elizabeth A. Musclow (Wilkins); her parents, John Bojczuk and Emma Bojczuk (Smolinsky); and her siblings, John, Joey, Rocky, Mary, Millie, Helen, Anna, Matilda, Theresa and Lena.
She is survived by: her children, Mary J. Carafos (Wilkins), Lena M. Wilkins, William M. Wilkins (Shelly) and Jeffrey J. Wilkins; her grandchildren, Macrina Wilkins, Anneliese Wilkins, Brian Musclow, Chris Carafos, Kevin Carafos, Kristina Imburgia (Nick) and Corey Wilkins; and her great grandchild Julian Wilkins.
In lieu of flowers, Stella's family request memorial contributions be directed in her memory to Rochester Presbyterian Home (RPH), 256 Thurston Road, Rochester, New York 14619.
