He was predeceased by: his father Richard Mincer (Anna). He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Kerr; his grandchildren, Caelyn and Jaxon; and his siblings, Lahr Mincer (Amy), Rick Mincer (Marge), Mark Mincer, Leigh Lovett (Benny) and Amy Mincer.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Falvo Funeral Home (1295 Fairport Nine Mile Point Rd, Webster, NY 14580).
