She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold B. Sr. Smith and Gertrude E. Smith. She is survived by: her husband James P. Berg; her brother Harold B. Smith (Mary Ellen) of Horseheads; her nephew Christopher H. Smith (Chrissy) of Cranberry Township, PA; her siblings-in-law, Daniel Berg (Betty) and Kay Berg; and her niece Susan Copek. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Memorials may be directed to Gateway-Longview Foundation, 6350 Main St, Williamsville, NY 14221, or a charity of choice.
