He is survived by: his wife Lee Burta Lewis; his son Kevin Lewis (Kristine); his grandchildren, Kylie, Kacie, Zoe, Lila and Jordyn Lewis; his great grandchild Onalee Ozuna; and his siblings, Gary Lewis (Rosanna) and Charlotte Prince. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
