She was predeceased by: her parents, Amedeo Zazzara and Antonetta Zazzara (Di Cursio); her husband Robert A. Grassi; her son Joseph M. Grassi; and her siblings, Amelio, Luigi, Manley, Alfred, Attelio (John) and Nancy Noto.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia A. Pragel (Michael), Robert J. Grassi (Martha), Judy E. Bender and Virginia M. Meredith (Eric); her daughter-in-law Susan M. Grassi; and her siblings-in-law, John Noto and Patricia Grassi. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
