He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Montemalo and Susie Montemalo. He is survived by: his brother Frank G. Montemalo (Christy Burchell); his godson Michael Montemalo; his niece Kate S. Montemalo; his friend Ruth Palacio; and his close friends, Ted Micca and Bruce Ianuzzo. He is also survived by many cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
