We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2024, Patricia M. Sabin of Webster, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert; and her parents, John Moore and Helen Moore. She is survived by: her sons, Fred (Shannon) and Rob (Sheryl); her grandchildren, Haley, Collin, Hannah and Gavin; and her brother Jack Moore (Darlene). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center.
