With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrice K. Heath of Webster, New York, who passed away on August 16, 2022 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maximo White and Nancy Lehn White; and her brother Jeffrey White. She is survived by: her husband Michael Heath; her children, Adam Neubauer (Ivory) of Jamestown, Sydney Neubauer of Olean and Bret Heath (Erin) of Webster; her stepson Daniel Neubauer of Jamestown; and her grandchildren, Caleb Neubauer, Carter Heath, Jeffrey Fishgold, Jacob Fishgold and Mikayla Fishgold.
