She is survived by: her husband Walter Vantsa; her sister Olga Kreys; her grandchildren, Nick, Jamie, Alex and Amelia Vantsa; and her children, Olga, Josh, Isaak and Elijah Kalen.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Michael R. Yackiw Funeral Home (1650 Empire Blvd, Webster, NY 14580). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Ukrainian Orthodox Church (3176 St Paul Blvd, Irondequoit, NY 14617).

Flowers may be sent to the funeral home or donations in Oksana's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
