She was predeceased by: her father Stanley Fraczak (Slats). She is survived by: her mother Martha Fraczak; her husband Michael; her children, Alana Letendre (Michael) and Alan Clary (Allison); her stepchildren, Steven Clary (Shawn) and Kathy Clary; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Sebastian, Reese, Addie and Avery; and her brother Larry Fraczak (Annette). She is also survived by her kids and grandkids.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Nancy's name to Lollypop Farm, The Humane Society of Greater Rochester.
