He was predeceased by: his brother Daniel Schay; and his brother-in-law Robert H. Barker. He is survived by: his wife Judith; his son Seth G. Slade (Marc A. Peloquin) of New York City; his siblings, Marla Schay Barker and Peter Schay (Pat); and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Schay and Steven Roemer (Rivka Katz). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
