He was predeceased by: his grandfather Edward Bollin. He is survived by: his parents, Susan Sullivan Bollin and Mark Bollin (Karen Resnick); his brothers, Eric and Alec Bollin; his stepsisters, Megan and Emily Resnick; and his grandparents, Eleanor, Sharon and Peter Sullivan. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Mark's memory may be made to Webster Comfort Care.
