He is survived by: his wife Maria; his daughters, April Smith (Ryan) and Heather Petrie (Tyler); his grandchildren, Kennedy, Leo, Mila and Wesson; his mother Rita Opaczewski; and his siblings, Jean Veniskey, John (Cathy) and James Opaczewski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
