He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy (Interlicchia); his parents, Robert Laverne and Margaret Holtby (Estlick); and his nephews, Steve Holtby and Marc Keller.
He is survived by: his sons, David (Mary), John (Bobbie) and Robert (Tracy); his grandchildren, Nathan, Owen, Arianna, Jamison, Robert, Emma and Christian; his brothers, Robert Todd and William "Tex" Holtby (Nancy); his sister-in-law Betty Keller; his nephews, Paul Keller, Scott, Matthew and Ian Holtby; and his niece Tanya. He is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
