He was predeceased by: his father John J. Short III. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, John (Tracy), Raymond (Renee) and Lisa Short (Matthew); and his sister Kathleen Short. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
