He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bovenzi and Mary Irene Bovenzi. He is survived by: his wife Catherine (Marsh); his children, Joseph, Stephen (Jillian Stevenson), Mary (Douglas Carpenter) and Ann Moscato (Michael); his grandsons, Louis, Sidney Carpenter, Renzo and Salvatore Moscato; his brothers, Mark (Marcia), Michael (Susan), Lawrence (Marjorie) and Paul (Kris); and his brother-in-law Charles Donner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Falvo Funeral Home (1295 Fairport Nine Mile Point Rd, Webster, NY 14580). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Holy Trinity Church (1460 Ridge Rd, Webster, NY 14580).
