He was predeceased by: his sister Kathleen Holzgartner Bieber; and his nephew James Leo Noce. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Cassandra Holzgartner-Ott (Jason) and Jonathan "Dutch" Holzgartner (Joyce); his grandchildren, William, Kayla, Matthew, Elizabeth and Marcus; his friends, Brad and Kelly Chase; his sisters, Joni Holzgartner-Gumina (Joseph) and Anne Babcock; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Adams, Lauren Roach and Lisa Hawkins (Michael). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
