She is survived by: her husband Jim; her daughter Nikki McIntosh (Joey); her stepdaughters, Jenni Raymond (John) and Mandy Downs; and her sisters, Sharon Perkins (Ray) and Sandi Morgan. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
