Herbert C. Hewes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herbert C. Hewes (Webster, New York), who passed away on January 30, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Marie McCarthy; and his sisters, Anna Marie and Frances. He is survived by: his children, Marie "Teri" Tracy (Charles), James Hewes, Helene Machado and Elizabeth Pooler (Michael); his grandchildren, Kathryn Rizzi (Giovanni), Anna Tracy (Antonio Piscopo), Marie "Marty" Tracy (Tara Limbaugh), Cara, Christopher Hewes, John Machado (Jessica), Victoria Machado and Lauren McCarthy (Liam); his great grandchildren, Gabriela, Thomas Rizzi and Isaiah Tracy; and his brother Robert Hewes. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Willard H. Scott Funeral Home (12 South Ave, Webster, NY 14580).
