He was predeceased by: his wife Judy; his parents, William O'Malley and Anne O'Malley; and his siblings, Billy, Robert, Tommy, Joan Joyce and Grace Schimelfenig.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen O'Malley (Lisa) and Sherry Gallatin (Richard Jr.); his grandchildren, Ryan (Kelly Proud), Shannon, Collin, Shawn O'Malley, Tommy and Brennan Gallatin; and his brother John O'Malley (Jack). He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and cousins.
