He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Wade Smith; his children, Shaina Rene (Jared), Abi Landon (Mark Jr.), Calli Barber (Michael), Trevor Smith (Jesse Ames), Melissa Martindale (Kyle) and Paige Auber (Ryan); his grandchildren, Julia, Hannah, Jax, Paxton, Finn, Levi, Ilah, Penelope, Elliott, Henry, Jasper, Eloise, Wade and Rowan; his mother-in-law Ruth Wade; his sisters, Elaine Werner, Betty Petralis (Greg), Pamela Lopez (Louis) and Melissa McKeown (David); and his siblings-in-law, Ellen Garrison (Paul) and Thomas Wade (Karin).
