He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; his siblings, JoJo Constantine and Sam Dominick; and his parents, Samuel Dominick and Muriel Baur Dominick.
He is survived by: his brother Joseph Dominick (Ginger); and his nephew CJ. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins & dear friends.
