He was predeceased by: his father Angelo Misuraca. He is survived by: his daughter Alyssa Misuraca; his mother Theresa "Bunny" Misuraca (Marino); his siblings, Steven Misuraca (Sandra) and Tina Pagano (Mark); and his nieces, Gianna Misuraca and Olivia Pagano. He is also survived by his daughter and his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wilmot Cancer Center in David's memory.
