She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wagner and Lillian Wagner. She is survived by: her husband John M. Welch; her children, Martin Welch (Laurie), Kathleen Fox, Eileen Austin (Alan) and Joanna Griggs (Chris); her siblings, Kathy Zimmer, Fran Brockmyre (Pete) and Ted Wagner (Leigh Ann); her grandchildren, Tyler Metcalf, Alex Austin, Riley Austin, Wesley Austin, Shanley Austin, Nathan Welch, Brenna Griggs, Regan Griggs and Mari Griggs; her friend Carol Bonczyk; and her caregiver Connie Albert. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
