He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Kendall and Elizabeth Kendall; and his son Todd Kendall. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Kendall; his children, Kristin Kendall-Jakus (Alan) and Shane Kendall (Erin); his stepchildren, Frank Browne (Lisa) and Evonne Thompson (Michael); and his sisters, Lynn Ward (Ronald) and Martha Kendall (Joseph). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
